The intern will be responsible for assisting in video production, editing videos, performing video color grading, creating motion graphics, and working with overall graphics design. Day-to-day tasks will include editing raw footage, enhancing video quality, and collaborating with the team to produce engaging video content. The intern must have a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video; and must be proficient in editing engaging short-form or long-form content, especially reels for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality videos and reels optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand the creative vision Implement AI-based tools and automations to streamline the editing process Add effects, transitions, music, and captions to enhance viewer engagement Stay updated with current video trends and platform-specific content styles Manage and organize media assets efficiently Qualifications Video Production and Video Editing skills Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics Graphics design skills Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment Relevant coursework or experience in media, communication, or related fields is a plus Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is preferred Mandatory Skills Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) Proven experience in creating and editing reels/long-form content Familiarity with AI editing tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Pictory, etc.) to assist in reel production Ability to create attention-grabbing visuals and maintain brand consistency Strong communication and time management skills.
