Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, YouTube videos, ads, product explainers, UGC, and client campaigns. Create sharp, engaging, fast-paced edits with strong storytelling and retention-first pacing. Add motion graphics, text overlays, SFX, color grading, and transitions aligned with brand guidelines. Repurpose raw footage into multiple formats for different platforms. Collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and social teams for concepts and scripts. Develop fresh video ideas based on trends, audio cues, pop culture, and brand storytelling. Organize and manage project files, assets, and versioning. Ensure timely delivery of all edits with high quality and consistency. Skills & Requirements1–4 years of experience editing short-form and long-form content. Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory). Working knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Strong understanding of timing, rhythm, transitions, and visual storytelling. Experience editing content for brands, creators, or agencies is a plus. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. Good sense of design, typography, sound selection, and color grading. A passion for trends, Instagram culture, YouTube creators, memes, and viral formats.
