Role Overview

Video Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and web platforms.
• Capture high-quality video footage during hospital shoots, interviews, and live events.
• Edit videos (reels) using software such as

  VN Editor, CAPCUT, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Create motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects when required.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop storyboards and scripts.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and visual standards across all video content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, especially in healthcare and education domains.
• Manage video archiving, file organization, and backups efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in video production or content creation.
• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in video editing and post-production workflows.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and an eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Background

• Experience in

  healthcare, education, or documentary-style content

• Knowledge of

  AI video tools

  like Runway, Pika, or Descript is a bonus.
• Photography skills will be an added advantage.
