Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Video Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, educational projects, and client promotions. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically sound, and capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and web platforms. Capture high-quality video footage during hospital shoots, interviews, and live events. Edit videos (reels) using software such as VN Editor, CAPCUT, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve . Create motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects when required. Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop storyboards and scripts. Maintain consistent brand tone and visual standards across all video content. Stay updated with social media trends, especially in healthcare and education domains. Manage video archiving, file organization, and backups efficiently. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (1–3 years) in video production or content creation. Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording. Proficiency in video editing and post-production workflows. Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus. Creativity, storytelling ability, and an eye for detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Background Experience in healthcare, education, or documentary-style content . Knowledge of AI video tools like Runway, Pika, or Descript is a bonus. Photography skills will be an added advantage. Compensation Salary: Based on skills and experience.
