Video Content Creator & Editor

Position: Video Production Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Content Creator & Editor who can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos for our brand. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both mobile and camera, have strong editing abilities in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and should also bring new ideas, trends, and fresh editing styles to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Shooting

• Shoot professional-quality videos using smartphone and DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
• Conduct product photoshoots, lifestyle shoots, décor shoots, and product showcase videos.
• Plan and conceptualize shots to highlight the product/brand in the most attractive way.
• Set up lighting, props, and backgrounds for clean and appealing content.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos professionally using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Create engaging, fast-paced content suitable for social media (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animated elements where required.
• Edit photos using Photoshop or any other relevant editing tool.
• Maintain brand consistency in all edits and deliver polished final outputs.

Creative Strategy

• Pitch new content ideas, shooting concepts, and trending editing styles.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand brand needs.
• Keep an eye on new trends, transitions, and viral content formats across platforms.
• Brainstorm creative content for campaigns, product launches, and ads.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage and organise raw footage, project files, and backups.
• Assist in scriptwriting, planning shooting schedules, and coordinating shoots.
• Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content when required.
• Support in basic graphic design tasks (thumbnails, banners, posters).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on skills in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Photoshop
• Basic Motion Graphics
• Ability to shoot high-quality videos & photos using mobile and camera.
• Understanding of lighting, angles, composition, and sound.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media formats (Reels, Shorts, Product Ads).
• Ability to work under deadlines with quick adaptation and learning mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
