Video Content Creator and Editor

About the role:

If you have a maximum of 2 years' experience, love being hands-on with cutting-edge editing and AI-enhanced content, and want to grow in a collaborative, innovative team — this opportunity is for you!

What you will do:

• Conceptualize and produce engaging social media and learning videos, leveraging your deep understanding of visual trends and platform requirements.
• Video Shoot of various learning lessons
• Use advanced AI tools and leading editing software to create scroll-stopping, branded content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and learning teams to translate campaign goals into creative video concepts and stories.
• Edit raw video, adding transitions, dynamic graphics, effects, and sound for maximum impact across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity in every piece of content.
• Keep pace with fast-evolving trends in visual design, AI video tech, and social media formats.
• Juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and actively share fresh ideas in creative sessions.
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or equivalent creative discipline.
• Maximum 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing, social media content creation, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools — AND demonstrable use of AI in video editing/enhancement.
• Proven knack for online storytelling, visual aesthetics, and creative engagement.
• Team spirit, self-motivation, and openness to rapid feedback and learning.
• Strong desire to grow with a forward-thinking EdTech brand — freelancers and remote applicants need not apply.
