Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative, hands-on content creator to take ownership of our visual storytelling across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can think visually, edit powerfully, and post consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-quality videos, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promos, explainers, and interviews.
• Design graphics for social media, product presentations, websites, and investor decks.
• Edit reels and short-form videos for maximum engagement and storytelling impact.
• Manage and post content regularly on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Act as the in-house content creator – from idea to execution – for marketing and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring technical ideas to life in a visually compelling way.

Required Skills:

• Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok-style content.
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and own the content calen
• A strong sense of visual storytelling – especially for a brand with a purpose.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or video editing (excludingInternship or freelance experience).
• Background in Design, Multimedia, or related field is a plus – but not mandatory.
• Interest or empathy toward mental health, neurodiversity, or healthcare tech is a bonus.
