Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal, located in Mumbai. The Vice Principal will be responsible for assisting the Principal in administrative and academic duties, providing leadership and support to faculty, overseeing student discipline, managing school operations, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. Additionally, the Vice Principal will work on developing and implementing educational programs and policies to enhance academic performance and student well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate + B.E.D
• Leadership and management skills with experience in an educational setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage school operations and student discipline
• Experience in developing and implementing educational programs and policies
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment
• Graduate degree in Education, Administration, or related field
• Experience in curriculum development and faculty support is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
