About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in managing day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective curriculum delivery.
Monitor classroom teaching standards and student performance.
Support implementation of school policies and CBSE guidelines.
Handle student discipline, parent coordination, and teacher mentoring.
Plan academic schedules, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
Ensure a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
Step in for the Principal when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory
Experience:
Minimum
2–5 years
of experience as
Vice Principal / Senior Academic Coordinator / Head of Department
Experience in
CBSE-affiliated schools
will be preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in
English
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Sound understanding of academic planning and school administration
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and management
