Job Overview

Macro Vision school, is a reputed educational institution committed to academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development of students. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and academically strong Vice Principal to support the Principal in managing the academic and administrative functions of the school.

The Vice Principal will play a key leadership role in curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, student discipline, and day-to-day school operations in accordance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in overall academic and administrative management of the school
• Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and academic plans
• Supervise teaching-learning processes and monitor classroom practices
• Mentor, guide, and evaluate teaching staff for academic improvement
• Coordinate examinations, assessments, timetables, and academic records
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive school environment
• Handle parent interactions and resolve academic or disciplinary concerns
• Support school inspections, audits, and compliance with CBSE norms
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews
• Coordinate school events, meetings, and day-to-day operations
• Ensure adherence to school policies, child safety norms, and code of conduct

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in a relevant subject
• B.Ed. is mandatory
• Additional qualification in Educational Leadership / Administration is preferred
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in teaching, with prior experience as HOD / Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal preferred
• Strong knowledge of CBSE affiliation norms and academic processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage staff, students, parents, and administrative teams effectively
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and school ERP systems
