Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Principal located in Vapi. The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day CBSE school operations, supporting teachers and staff, implementing educational programs, and maintaining student discipline. The Vice Principal will also work closely with the Principal to develop school policies, manage budgets, and engage with parents and the community to foster a positive school environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and support staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with students, parents, and community members
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation, with a focus on academic excellence in CBSE school
• Proven ability to handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and policy enforcement
• Master's degree in Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a teaching or administrative role in an educational setting
