As a Dynamic VICE-PRINCIPAL at Aravali International School - Sector 43, your role will involve coordinating and assisting the Principal in academic administration and supervision. You will be responsible for framing the timetable, conducting tests and examinations, and organizing various school activities. Additionally, you will provide support in managing financial, infrastructure, people, and other resources effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school, ensuring high standards of education and student achievement. - Develop and implement school policies, programs, and curriculum in line with educational standards and regulations. - Manage and mentor teaching and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Monitor and evaluate school performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. - Engage with parents, students, and the community to build strong relationships and support student success. - Oversee budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective use of school funds. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and inclusive school environment. Qualifications Required: - Master's Degree with B.ED from a regular mode of education. - Preferably from a Science/Mathematics background. - Minimum 10 years of total work experience with at least 8 years as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and significant administrative experience. - Good international school experience as a Head Mistress (HM), Coordinator, Head of Department (HOD), or PGT in senior classes. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be willing to relocate to Faridabad, Haryana, as the work location is in person.
