Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Partner with business heads to improve profitability and long-term growth.
  

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, statutory authorities, and investors.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
  

Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor working capital, manage cash flows, and improve financial efficiency.
  

Audit, Risk & Governance

• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits effectively.
• Strengthen risk management frameworks and internal audit practices.
  

Treasury & Stakeholder Management

• Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and capital structure optimization.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in finance, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven service industry.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / CPA / CMA or MBA (Finance).
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably in the service industry.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role managing end-to-end finance function
