Job Title: IT Support Engineer Experience: Minimum 3 years Shift: Flexible

Person should be ready to work in night shift when required

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer for our Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in hardware, networking, and system support, along with experience managing dialer systems and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer systems, servers, switches, and other network equipment

• Manage and configure dialer systems, especially Asterisk-based dialers

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability

• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls

• Document technical processes and support logs for internal reference

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers when required

• Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT issues across departments

• Provide independent and proactive support during assigned shifts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support or network/system administration

• Solid understanding of networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and server management

• Experience with dialer systems (Asterisk preferred)

• Familiarity with IT ticketing tools and remote support applications

• Ability to work independently and in shifts, especially night shifts

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
