Vice President

The Playing Captain role in Private Banking combines leadership and client coverage responsibilities. The individual will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers, while also maintaining and growing their own book of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. This dual responsibility ensures the leader remains actively engaged in business development, client servicing, and revenue generation while setting an example for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management.
  
• Drive the teams overall revenue, client acquisition, and asset under management (AUM) targets.
  
• Foster a culture of collaboration, compliance, and customer-centricity.
  
• Recruit, develop, and retain top private banking talent.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support capability building through training and mentoring.
  

Client Coverage (Playing Role):

• Personally manage a portfolio of UHNW/HNW clients, delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.
  
• Originate, acquire, and grow new client relationships through referrals, networks, and partnerships.
  
• Provide investment advisory, estate planning, lending, and bespoke solutions aligned with clients’ goals.
  
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, ensuring long-term retention and trust.
