Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for YFJ and IWF workflow projects
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural and design standards
• Manage project dependencies and resolve conflicts effectively
• Monitor project progress against KPIs and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges
• Leverage expertise in microservices, microfrontends, Spring Boot, and ReactJS to guide technical decision-making
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
• Manage project budget and resources effectively
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven strong experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
• Hands-on experience with YFJ and IWF platforms is highly desirable
• Strong technical understanding of microservices, microfrontends, Spring Boot, and ReactJS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing project budgets and resources
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
