Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President to lead and expand our luxury real estate business operations. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, managing a large team, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of luxury real estate markets and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 40–50 real estate professionals, including sales managers, executives, and support staff.
  • Develop performance-driven culture and implement training & development programs.
• Business Strategy & Growth:
• Define and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the luxury real estate segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market trends.
• Sales & Client Relationship Management:
• Oversee key client accounts and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and institutional investors.
  • Ensure superior customer experience and satisfaction at every stage of the sales cycle.
• Operational Excellence:
• Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and monitor team performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for luxury property projects.
• Revenue & Target Achievement:
• Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Regularly review team performance and implement corrective action plans where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales & operations (luxury real estate preferred).
  • Leadership: Proven experience in handling large teams (minimum 40–50 members) and leading them to exceed business goals. • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury property market, including primary market sales, high-end developments, and investment trends. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Excellent relationship-building skills with HNIs/UHNWIs and developers.
