We are looking to hire a Business Head (Vice President) for one of our clients in Hyderabad, a leader in Building Materials industry. Job Title: Business Head - Paints & Putties Department: Sales & Marketing Designation: Vice President Industry: Building Materials Experience: 23 Years Job Locations: Head Office, Hyderabad Role & responsibilities Plans and formulates strategies for Paints & Putties Division (Decorative Paints). Analyses operations to evaluate performance of the division and determines areas of potential cost reduction, process improvement, or policy change for the Division. Direct, plan, and implement policies of the division to ensure maximizing returns on investments. Oversees preparation of budget for the division and submits the same to the Top management for approval. Updates self and management about industry changes and developments. Contributes to strategy formulation for future growth and expansions of the Division. Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services. Preferred candidate profile A Graduate / Post Graduate with over 23 years of experience in a Senior Management role from a decorative Paints industry.
