Vice President

Role Overview: As the VP Engineering at RealPage, you will lead and scale the Engineering department to align with the company's ambitious multi-product, international expansion objectives. You will enhance the culture of excellence, attract top engineering talent, and contribute your technical expertise to strategic business planning and product roadmap development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Engineering team to establish engineering as a fundamental business competency - Develop an engineering roadmap with architects and senior engineers to enhance performance, scalability, reliability, and security of the service environment - Uphold engineering standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) focusing on design, code quality, release processes, and operational excellence - Prioritize engineering efforts for on-time product delivery and project milestones - Recruit and retain top engineering talent in collaboration with HR to drive high-quality decision-making and execution - Build consensus among business and engineering stakeholders to support technology strategy - Collaborate with other senior leaders to contribute to strategic planning and execution - Establish partnerships with service providers to optimize service delivery, operational support, and cost efficiency Qualifications Required: - Over 20 years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles - Experience in a multi-product SaaS company with significant growth and a team of 70+ engineers - Background in Computer Science or other engineering disciplines - Exposure to PropTech or FinTech engineering and regulated information environments - Passion for engineering excellence and demonstrated success in architecting and executing platform modernization initiatives - Familiarity with a wide range of SaaS technologies,
