Role: SAP Practice LeaderLocation: Hyderabad (Preferably)Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Practice Leader to head our SAP consulting practice, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions to clients. The successful candidate will possess strong SAP expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadershipoHelp develop and execute SAP practice strategy, aligning with company goals.oEstablish, lead and manage a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.oFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.DeliveryoOversee SAP project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.oEnsure effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.

SAP Expertise

oStay up to date with SAP trends, technologies, and best practices.oProvide SAP solution architecture and design guidance.oDevelop and maintain SAP competency frameworks.

Skills And Qualifications

20+ years of SAP consulting experience.Proven leadership and management experience.Strong SAP technical knowledge (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Fiori).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Desirable Skills

SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate).Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., SAP IS-Retail)Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform)
