As a Vice President, you will be responsible for managing change projects that support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in delivering complex business and technology change projects in an Investment Bank environment involving front to back, cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to distil information into key messages and present them succinctly and confidently to a senior audience. You should be a self-starter with the ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to meet tight deadlines, and multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Valued skills for this role may include a deep understanding of Global Markets and Private Banking business and product knowledge, as well as experience in utilizing varied project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. In this role based in our Pune office, you will be accountable for managing change projects within the organization, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. You will develop and manage project plans, communicate with stakeholders, manage project teams, budgets, risks, and facilitate change management activities to successfully implement and embed change projects in the organization. As a Vice President, you are expected to contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change. You will plan resources, budgets, and policies, deliver continuous improvements, and manage risks through assessment to support the control and governance agenda. Demonstrating leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls is essential, along with collaborating across different areas of work to achieve business goals.
