Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Vice President to lead our project management team in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and leading teams, with excellent planning and execution skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and execute projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Lead and motivate a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing projects and leading teams, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
