Vice President, Project Management

Role Overview: As the Corporate Planning And Management (CPM) Transformation Leader based in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for owning a multi-year, cross-functional AI transformation across control, finance, risk, and related operations, including global capability centres. Your role will involve building global connectivity, curating and prioritizing an enterprise AI portfolio, evaluating synergies, and translating opportunities into scalable roadmaps and execution plans. You will closely partner with product, engineering, technology, and operations to deliver measurable value while ensuring transparency, compliance, and responsible AI. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities across functions and regions, craft value theses, business cases, and clear success metrics. - Assess feasibility, dependencies, and alignment with strategy, quantify benefits, and change impact. - Map and exploit synergies across use cases to maximize reuse and reduce duplication. - Build phased roadmaps with milestones, resource plans, and expected outcomes, and apply transparent prioritization criteria. - Establish program governance, OKRs, stage gates, and benefits realization. - Ensure adherence to model risk management, privacy, security, and responsible AI policies. - Convert opportunities into delivery plans, lead pilots to scaled production, and drive change management for adoption and sustained value realization. - Create executive dashboards, build a global community of practice, and influence senior stakeholders. - Scout emerging AI capabilities and thought leadership, define reference architectures, data standards, and delivery playbooks. - Anticipate program risks and implement mitigation plans, align with control partners to streamline approvals. Qualifications: - 15+ years in program management or product leadership within financial services or regulated industries. - Proven track record leading large-scale AI/ML transformations across global teams. - Strong understanding of finance, operations, risk, and control domains. - Hands-on familiarity with data platforms, ML lifecycle, and enterprise workflow integration. - Expertise in portfolio management, business casing, and Agile-at-scale delivery. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with change management, responsible AI, and compliance. - Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
