Vice President Project Management

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our client as a Tech Project Manager. The role will have multiple, related dimensions which contribute to strengthening the Technology change delivery. You must be driven, demonstrating a proactive professional service ethic to drive results. Being adaptable is crucial, as you should be a fast-learning problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing through it. It is essential to be credible, displaying high EQ to navigate a complex organization, develop domain knowledge, and influence stakeholders. You should also have a broad mastery of end-to-end change management skills. Responsibilities: - Working within the Team to support the oversight and support of a large technology organization. - Managing multiple facets of the change lifecycle for one or more critical change initiatives. - Supporting the implementation of a value stream product-centric delivery model; overseeing risks, issues, and dependencies; assessing their impact and taking action to minimize that impact. - Supporting the Change Framework and providing support to the department to ensure adherence across the portfolio. Qualifications: - A broad view of global organizations and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance. - Proven ability in successfully identifying, designing, and implementing global/regional change initiatives. - Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural work environments. - Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including contextualizing data into business activities and conclusions. - Evidence of successfully managing financial and resource plans, and addressing related challenges. - Knowledge of the Equities and Securities Financing business lines. - Experience of Agile ways of working Capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels. - Ability to innovate and iterate to drive continuous improvement. - High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives. - Appreciation of, and the ability to leverage external forces regulatory, political, competitors, innovation, etc. - Ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals. - The ability to recognize opportunities in organizational structure or redundancies that require addressing. - The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions. - Organizational and planning skills to cope with multiple responsibilities across multiple unrelated topics.,
