Vice President - People Delivery Partner

As a Vice President - People Delivery Partner at Barclays, your role is to shape the future of the People Delivery & Execution Team by supporting all HR cyclical activities and implementing necessary HR interventions in consultation with HRBP. You will lead strategic India HR projects and collaborate with internal operations, global recruitment, and technology teams. Your responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies through data-driven analysis, proposing process changes and system enhancements, and focusing on improving colleague experience and mitigating risks. Ensuring compliance in service delivery is also a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Support all HR cyclical activities and implement necessary HR interventions in consultation with HRBP. - Lead strategic India HR projects. - Collaborate with internal operations, global recruitment, and technology teams. - Identify inefficiencies through data-driven analysis. - Propose process changes and system enhancements. - Focus on improving colleague experience and mitigating risks. - Ensure compliance in service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate preferably in human resources. - Experience as a HRBP, specifically for a technology portfolio. - Experience in leading large global teams. - Hands-on experience in transformation and process simplification projects. - Excellent communication skills and ability to influence. - Extensive stakeholder management experience.
