Job Description

As a Vice President of Sales & Marketing at this US-based global leader in engagement and performance solutions with a formidable presence in India, your role will involve driving high-quality business growth and CXO engagement to acquire 810 new enterprise B2B clients annually. You will be responsible for owning the P&L and annual budgets while balancing growth with fiscal discipline. Leading as a visible, energetic, hands-on leader with Big-4-level rigor and credibility is essential to strengthen the enterprise sales engine across local and global markets. Upholding values and business ethics is non-negotiable, and fostering continuous learning, innovation, and best-practice adoption is key to success. Leading a team of 68 BD managers and 45 marketing/creative professionals, setting targets, driving performance, and managing teams through clear KPIs will be part of your responsibilities. Building a trusted market presence through thought leadership and high-impact initiatives will also be crucial.
