We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Vice President of AI Technology Delivery to lead the end-to-end engineering, deployment, and lifecycle management of production-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML systems, full-stack engineering, database design, and enterprise technology frameworks, with proven experience driving AI products from prototype to scaled deployment across global business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products, from data ingestion to model deployment and integration into production environments.
  
• Manage high-performance databases (SQL, NoSQL, Graph, Vector DBs) for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data across AI pipelines.
  
• Serve as the technical custodian for AI products, ensuring alignment with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise security policies.
  
• Lead and scale engineering teams, fostering skill development, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI platforms and digital products at scale.
• Strong focus on AI solution uptime, model performance (latency, accuracy), and scalability.
• Experience driving developer productivity through metrics such as PR velocity, commit quality, and mean time to recovery (MTTR).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and advance team engagement, retention, and skill development across engineering pods.
