Job Summary: (ONLY Male Candidate), EA/PA Experienced employee apply We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director who can work interdependent behalf of MD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, managing his calendar, appointments, and meetings. Act as the first point of contact for the MD/Behalf of MD, handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality. Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes. Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD. Conduct research, compile data, and provide necessary background information for meetings and decision-making. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the MD. Prioritise and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the MD. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to Director, preferably in a corporate or real estate setting. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
