Vice President/ Manager/Asst Manager - Domestic and international sales

You will be joining IVAS Organic Nutrients Private Limited, a company that focuses on utilizing nature's resources to develop products for human consumption. Working closely with our customers, you will tailor products to meet their specific requirements, ensuring the highest quality and best fit for their needs. Our dedicated team is committed to achieving set goals and prioritizes customer satisfaction above all. Our manufacturing setup is currently located at Chiplun MIDC in Maharashtra, with a second location under development nearby. As the Vice President/Manager/Assistant Manager - Domestic and International Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing both domestic and international sales operations. Your key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets effectively. This is a full-time on-site role based in Thane, Maharashtra. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Relationship Building - Proven experience in Domestic and International Sales - Strong Negotiation and Communication skills - Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis effectively - Team collaboration skills - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Previous experience in the agricultural or organic products industry would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Botany, Business, Marketing, or a related field Remuneration for this position will be as per industry standards, with additional incentives based on performance.,
