Vice President - Investigation (preferably Ex-DGP or IGP)

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of investigation strategies aligned with company goals.
• Provide expert guidance on critical security, surveillance, and investigation issues.

2. Investigations Management

• Supervise and direct all internal and external investigation activities related to fraud, theft, misconduct, and due diligence.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and legal counsel when required.
• Maintain strict compliance with legal and ethical standards.

3. Client Engagement & Advisory

• Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, especially in high-risk sectors.
• Oversee delivery of high-profile client investigations and special assignments.

4. Team & Capability Building

• Build and mentor a team of investigators, intelligence analysts, and field operatives.
• Ensure upskilling and certifications for the investigation team.

5. Risk & Intelligence

• Monitor regional security trends and threats; assess their impact on client and company operations.
• Liaise with intelligence agencies and law enforcement for proactive threat management.

Required Profile:

• Retired IPS officer at the rank of DGP/IGP or equivalent.
• Strong background in criminal investigations, intelligence, counterterrorism, or anti-corruption.

Experience

• Minimum 25+ of experience in policing or security services.
• Experience in managing complex investigations or law enforcement units at the state or national level.
• Prior exposure to corporate security, compliance, or private sector consulting preferred but not mandatory.
