About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President Interior Design to lead and oversee the design, planning, and execution of interior spaces for premium residential and commercial projects. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of creative excellence, technical expertise, and strong business acumen to deliver world-class interiors that enhance the value of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the interior design vision aligned with the companys brand positioning and project objectives.
• Oversee concept development, space planning, material selection, and execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage design timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery.
• Stay ahead of global design trends, sustainability practices, and technology integration (smart homes, modular design, etc.).
• Build, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers, consultants, and vendors.
• Work closely with architects, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Identify and engage with top vendors, suppliers, and contractors to achieve best-in-class finishes within budget.
• Ensure all design and execution adhere to safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
• Create luxury interior experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and add value to the overall brand.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a reputed institute.
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within real estate/builder firms.
• Proven track record of delivering high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and luxury aesthetics.
• Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc.).
• Strong network of vendors, consultants, and contractors in the interior design industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
