Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and develop architectural plans, 3D models and drawings for residential or commercial real-estate projects. Collaborate with civil engineers, clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project concepts are translated into built environments. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety and zoning requirements; review drawings for accuracy, feasibility and functionality. Assist in material specification, concept visualisation, site visits and design reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution. 1-2 years of experience in real-estate architectural design or project development. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong creative vision, visualization skills, and ability to work in a team to meet project deliverables.
