Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a design-led environment. Whether you’re a student intern, a recent graduate, or have 1–3 years of professional experience, this role offers exposure to all stages of the design process—from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptual design development, spatial planning, and material selection.
• Create 3D visualizations, renders, and presentations using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
• Prepare working drawings, construction details, and tender documentation in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams for ongoing projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation aligns with drawings.
• Research design trends, innovative materials, and sustainable solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and participate in internal design reviews.

Requirements:

For Interns:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Basic understanding of design principles and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of visualization software is a plus.

For Freshers (0–1 year):

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and functionality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines.

For Junior Designers (1–3 years):

• Prior experience in a design or architecture firm.
• Ability to handle portions of projects independently—from concept to execution.
• Strong technical knowledge and visualization skills.
• Familiarity with project coordination, site supervision, and vendor liaison.

Preferred Skills:

• Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape / 3ds Max, Photoshop, Revit (optional)
• Good eye for detailing, materials, and proportion
• Organized, proactive, and committed to quality design delivery
