Vice President - Head of India Transaction Monitoring (Subject Matter Expert)

As the Vice President - Head of India Transaction Monitoring (Subject Matter Expert) at Barclays, you will be responsible for leading the Anti-Money Laundering (transaction monitoring) department, overseeing all activities within the operation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and influencing a team manager in a fast-paced and regulated environment. - Holding a graduate/bachelors level degree. - Managing senior stakeholder relationships across Business Units and the second line of defence. - Ability to manage and accurately report KPIs, SLAs, quality, and performance across the business area.
