The Team lead will work closely with the management and other Stakeholders to deliver and enhance Business Outcomes. The Value You Deliver

• Accountable to lead the systems and software engineering and operations teams of Distributed Compute and Storage (DCS) function during India hours, as well as oversight on Enterprise Cloud operations 
• Partner and collaborate with the global DCS team to build and prioritize the DCS roadmap
• Coach and mentor leadership team of DCS India
• Set team goals, priorities and success measures that are essential for the Performance & Talent Management of the Team.
• Build the future ready talented associates within the team and work with them closely towards building full stack skills and innovation culture.
• Lead and deliver EI&O and DCS initiatives
• Matrix management of people, processes and resources including third parties – including resolving conflict to move forward to resolution
• Responsible for Security & compliance of servers and storage infra of entire enterprise.
• Direct oversight of Infrastructure (Datacenter and Cloud) Operations during India hours, including driving and directing incident bridges, pushing issues to root cause analysis and providing executive updates to the highest levels of Fidelity
• Build strategic partnerships across technology and business partners, including engaging on roadmap and prioritization decisions, especially with other India leaders

The ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups across Fidelity in a constructive manner to accomplish tasks and drive forward key business initiatives.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• University Degree
• 20 years of Experience in similar operational role required with technical aptitude
• Strong people management experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams
• Experience creating business and technical Executive Summaries in a complex technology-based ecosystem
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of both development and operations, including software and system engineering, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps.
• Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware, and software concepts
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies to support day-to-day operations
• Ability to adapt to change and prioritize accordingly
• Customer orientated personality exhibiting professionalism and enthusiasm
• Analytical & detail orientated thought process with the ability to take methodical approach to activities
• Demonstrate ability to form trusted working relationships with business unit stakeholders through collaboration and enhanced effective communications.
