Job Description

Middleware;Oracle WebLogic Server|As a Cloud Support Engineer; you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in Oracle WebLogic and AWS environments.

You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues; optimize performance; and ensure the reliability and security of their cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:Primary-Spring boot and Java-AWS rather have stronger AWS admin and monitoring.

Strictly monitoring but on weekends
Provide technical support for Oracle WebLogic; including installation; configuration; and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WebLogic server performance; connectivity; and security.
Support databases including Oracle Database; Oracle MySQL Enterprise; Microsoft SQL Server; and IBM DB2.Ensure .NET interoperability and native integration with other middleware and APIs.
Implement and maintain a security model that separates security code from business logic.
Collaborate with AWS cloud services to optimize and manage cloud infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Document technical procedures and provide training to clients and team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
