Job Description

Role Summary

The Chat Support Executive is responsible for handling customer queries through online chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, helpful resolutions.
Maintain a polite, friendly, and customer-focused tone at all times.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and processes.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members when required.
Record details of conversations and actions taken in the system.
Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good written communication skills.
Ability to type quickly and accurately.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Customer-service mindset and patience.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement).

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in chat or BPO customer support.
Familiarity with CRM or chat tools.
