Role Overview: As a Key Account Head in the Commercial Lines Retention department, you will be responsible for managing and retaining key accounts for the company. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to ensure the growth and retention of key clients. Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service will be essential to your success in this role.
