Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of selling advisory, transformation, technology, and outsourcing services to Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying key markets and accounts, and aligning sales strategies with the company's broader business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within GCCs, understanding their specific needs and challenges, and positioning our services as strategic solutions. You will also be involved in conducting market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the GCC sector. In addition, you will implement and manage efficient sales processes and systems, track and analyze sales performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will provide feedback from the GCC market to inform product development and participate in marketing campaigns tailored to GCCs. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. You should have experience in Core Consulting, preferably with a focus on selling advisory, transformation, technology, and/or outsourcing services. A proven track record of success in selling to Global Capability Centers or similar organizations is essential, along with experience working with large enterprises and multinational corporations. Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, as well as proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
