Job Description

The role of VP Founders Office requires a high-performing, entrepreneurial, and strategic professional to collaborate directly with the Co-Founder. This position involves driving mission-critical initiatives, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring operational excellence within the organization. An ideal candidate should hold an MBA from a top-tier business school and possess 3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution by working closely with the Co-Founder and leadership team to shape the company's vision, define OKRs, KPIs, and drive long-term strategic initiatives. You will also prepare business cases, investment decks, and internal reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making, as well as manage end-to-end program management for high-priority initiatives across various departments. Additionally, you will be involved in business operations and execution, acting as an internal consultant to identify gaps, solve complex problems, and drive process improvements. Ensuring timely execution of initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams will also be a key aspect of this role. Monitoring key metrics, performance indicators, and implementing systems for tracking progress are essential responsibilities. Stakeholder and executive communication are vital components of this role, where you will represent the Co-Founder in internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on action items. Drafting high-quality presentations, strategic documents, and board-level reports will be part of your responsibilities. You will also serve as a liaison between the founder and senior stakeholders, facilitating smooth information flow and issue resolution. Furthermore, you will support people and culture initiatives by collaborating with HR and department heads on workforce planning, leadership hiring, and talent development. Upholding organizational values and contributing to culture-building efforts across teams will be crucial in this role. Key requirements for this position include an MBA from a top-tier business school, 3-5 years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, VC/PE, or a high-growth startup environment. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management abilities, high ownership, agility, and a solution-oriented mindset are also essential qualities for success in this role.,
