Vice President Finance

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) division. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the execution management to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial operations of clients, developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning, providing leadership to the finance team, and ensuring the highest levels of financial integrity, accuracy, and governance. You will also assist in formulating the company's future direction, reviewing financial reports, collaborating with the executive team on strategic plans, identifying financial risks, and managing a team of finance professionals. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven leadership abilities, good presentation skills, in-depth knowledge of financial principles and regulations, understanding of Accounting Standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a growth-oriented mindset are essential for this role.,
