Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies with a strong focus on

    content marketing, social media, organic growth, SEO and affiliate marketing.

  • Build and manage

    content calendars

    across blogs, guides, webinars, newsletters, and video formats to drive engagement and authority.
  • Help learn and drive AI engine optimization also.
  • Lead

    social media strategy and execution

    across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Scale

    organic marketing initiatives

    SEO, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-led campaigns.
  • Drive and optimize

    affiliate and referral programs

    , ensuring strong partner networks and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to optimize website/product experience for better engagement and conversions.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track content performance, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor traffic, rankings, conversions, and social engagement; take data-driven actions to improve performance.
  • Mentor internal teams and manage external agencies for scalable B2C marketing execution.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure content and social campaigns generate high-quality leads.
  • Experiment with new platforms, formats, and

    growth-hacking tactics

    to stay ahead in the fintech/stock market space.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in

    digital/growth marketing

    , with

    mandatory exposure to stock markets/fintech.

  • Demonstrated success in

    content-driven growth, social media campaigns, organic marketing, and affiliate marketing

    .
  • Strong B2C marketing expertise with a track record of driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, social platforms, affiliate networks, and content marketing tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to measure, iterate, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to lead teams and manage agencies.
  • Passion for financial markets and ability to create relatable, high-impact campaigns for retail investors and traders.
