Vice President Delivery

Vice President Delivery (Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity & AI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the

  end-to-end delivery

  of multiple IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity projects.
• Oversee

  service delivery operations

  to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Partner closely with

  US-based clients

  to understand business needs, define delivery strategies, and ensure long-term engagement success.
• Drive the

  adoption of AI and automation

  within delivery frameworks to improve performance and scalability.
• Establish and monitor

  KPIs, SLAs, and governance models

  across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Architecture, and Security) to align project goals and execution.
• Lead and mentor delivery managers and technical leads to build a

  high-performing organization

  .
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring

  compliance and security standards

  across engagements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, solutioning, and new technology initiatives that strengthen the organization’s delivery capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years

  of experience in IT services delivery, with at least

  5 years in a senior leadership role

  (Director / VP level).
• Strong background in

  Infrastructure Management, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  , and

  Cybersecurity delivery

  .
• Hands-on exposure to

  AI/ML integration

  in IT service operations or delivery optimization.
• Proven experience managing

  large global delivery teams

  and working with

  enterprise US clients

  .
• Exceptional client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to

  drive operational excellence

  and deliver business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of

  ITIL frameworks

  , project management methodologies, and service governance models.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering / computer science / information technology / business management.
• Certifications in

  Cloud (AWS/Azure)

  ,

  Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM)

  , or

  ITIL

  preferred.
• Exposure or certification in

  AI / Data Analytics

  will be an advantage.
