Vice President Corporate Sales

Sales Strategy & Revenue Leadership
  • Design and execute sales strategies aligned with IM Solutions'

    digital and offline advertising growth goals

  • Identify and penetrate high-value accounts, building a sustainable sales pipeline and achieving

    quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Develop pricing models and commercial proposals tailored to client needs and market trends.
Client Relationship Management
  • Engage directly with

    CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers

    to pitch customized advertising solutions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring

    high retention and upselling opportunities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering ROI-driven solutions.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing

    corporate sales team

    , nurturing talent and driving team success.
  • Set clear KPIs, oversee performance tracking, and drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and learning.
  • Conduct regular training and workshops to upskill the team on new ad-tech tools and client engagement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with

    to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves
  • 10+ years of experience

    in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in a

    leading advertising or media agency

  • Demonstrated success in handling

    and large-scale campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Educational Background
  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a

    Tier 1 institute

  • Digital marketing and leadership certifications

    will be a strong plus.
