Vice President – Corporate & Enterprises Business

The Role

We are seeking a visionary Vice President – Corporate & Enterprises Business to lead MSM Unify’s enterprise solutions and workforce initiatives in India. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional who understands the intersection of corporate partnerships, employability, and large-scale workforce skilling. You will design and implement strategic collaborations that align industry needs with innovative workforce development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise collaborations with corporates, government bodies, and key accounts
• Design and manage workforce training and employability programs across multiple sectors
• Build strategic partnerships with industries to create impactful, outcome-based learning solutions
• Ensure excellence in program design, delivery, and measurable outcomes
• Drive leadership within the division—mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
• Oversee P&L and ensure sustainable growth of enterprise business verticals
• Represent MSM Unify at industry forums, government partnerships, and key stakeholder events

Who We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, workforce development, or enterprise education solutions
• Proven track record in building and scaling B2B or institutional partnerships
• Strong understanding of employability, skill development, and training ecosystems
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
