Vice President Compliance-AIF Category 3-Investment Advisory Firm

You will be joining a leading Investment Advisory Firm in the role of AVP/VP- Compliance category III. As an AVP/VP- Compliance category III, you will be responsible for various aspects related to Finance & Accounts, Compliance & Governance, AIF (Category III) Management, Investment Advisory (RIA), and AIF III Operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing accounts, billing, audit, invoices, taxes, salary processing, banking, and treasury operations for the Indian entity with support from external vendors. - Having prior exposure to transfer pricing and POEM (Place of Effective Management) will be an added advantage. - Ensuring timely completion of statutory compliances, board resolutions, and audits for the Indian entity in coordination with external vendors. - Overseeing all regulatory compliances and audits of AIF III and liaising with administrators for subscriptions, redemptions, and service providers for smooth functioning. - Ensuring compliance of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) entity with support from external vendors. - Performing shadow accounting and reconciliation of NAVs, managing trades and overseeing the entire trade cycle of AIF III with support from administrators/external vendors, and coordinating for processing subscriptions and redemptions.
