Vice President Compliance-AIF Category 3-Investment Advisory Firm

You will be working as an AVP/VP- Compliance category III with a leading Investment Advisory Firm in Mumbai/Gurgaon. Your role will involve managing Finance & Accounts, Compliance & Governance, AIF (Category III) Management, Investment Advisory (RIA), and AIF III Operations. **Role Overview:** In the Finance & Accounts (Indian Entity) domain, you will be responsible for managing accounts, billing, audit, invoices, taxes, salary processing, banking, and treasury operations. Additionally, prior exposure to transfer pricing and POEM (Place of Effective Management) will be beneficial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage accounts, billing, audit, invoices, taxes, salary processing, banking, and treasury operations - Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances, board resolutions, and audits - Oversee all regulatory compliances and audits of AIF III - Liaise with administrators for subscriptions, redemptions, and coordinate with service providers - Ensure compliance of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) entity - Perform shadow accounting and reconciliation of NAVs - Manage trades and oversee the entire trade cycle of AIF III - Coordinate with administrators for processing subscriptions and redemptions **Qualifications Required:** - 6 to 15 years of work experience in Compliances, Operations, and Accounts of AIF 3 and Investment - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, audit, governance, and accounting principles - Previous experience in managing AIF III operations and Investment Advisory (RIA) will be an advantage If you find this opportunity exciting and aligning with your skills and experience, kindly reach out to shivani@thepremierconsultants.com.,
