The Zonal Head will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the business in the assigned zone. Your role will require expertise in managing Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), mutual fund distribution, and overseeing stock broking franchisee operations. You will closely collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to achieve business targets, expand market reach, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) Management: - Lead and oversee the distribution and promotion of AIF products within the assigned zone. - Develop and implement strategies to increase AIF sales and expand client base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. - Monitor the performance of AIF products, ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting performance targets. Mutual Fund Distribution: - Manage the distribution and sales of mutual fund products across the region. - Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and market trends. - Coordinate with AMC (Asset Management Companies) to ensure smooth functioning of mutual fund products. - Track and analyze the performance of mutual fund products to achieve sales objectives. Stock Broking Franchisee Operations: - Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of stock broking franchisees across the zone. - Drive growth by ensuring franchisee profitability and adherence to company policies. - Provide regular guidance and support to franchisees to enhance sales, customer service, and compliance. - Ensure that franchisees are equipped with necessary tools and resources to achieve business goals. Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. - Set regional targets and ensure they are achieved through proper planning and execution. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to maximize their performance. Relationship Management: - Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional clients, and channel partners. - Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences to expand brand presence. Compliance & Regulatory: - Ensure adherence to industry regulations, including SEBI and other relevant financial authorities. - Ensure that all business activities, including those by franchisees, comply with relevant laws and company policies. Market Intelligence & Reporting: - Monitor and assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, key initiatives, and challenges. - Implement data-driven decision-making for improving sales outcomes. Key Requirements Education: - MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - NISM / AMFI certification (Mutual Fund). Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the financial services industry. - Proven track record in managing AIFs, mutual fund distribution, and stock broking franchisee operations. - Strong leadership skills and business growth experience within the financial services sector. Skills: - Strong knowledge of financial products (AIFs, Mutual Funds, and Stock Broking). - Excellent leadership and people management skills. - Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer preferences. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.,
