You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.


In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of Cora Orchestration products and services, ensuring that they collectively meet the needs of the target market. This role involves defining the overall strategy for the offerings and product, aligning them with business objectives, and driving their successful execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, delivery, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the product meets customer needs and achieves business goals. Additionally, you will oversee team management and international travel to effectively coordinate efforts across global teams.Responsibilities.Portfolio and Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a cohesive strategy for the entire product and offerings portfolio..Market Alignment and Competitive Analysis: Define and communicate the vision, positioning, and competitive differentiation of the platform.Ensure that the portfolio Products are aligned with market needs and customer demands Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for differentiation..Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap: drive prioritization across agentic core, productivity engine, and revenue multipliers..Offerings Lifecycle Management: Shape value propositions for customers (CIOs, COOs, Delivery Heads) around differentiation, productivity, consistency, and margin uplift..Benchmark against competitors (Accenture, Cognizant, WNS, TCS, etc.) and continuously evolve platform features..Partner with engineering to deliver modular, scalable, and secure product architecture..Manage the entire lifecycle of offerings, from ideation to retirement..Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback for the entire offering portfolio..Partnership Development: Identify and foster strategic partnerships that can enhance the product portfolio, collaborating with external organizations to drive mutual success..KPI Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of product offerings, utilizing data to inform future..Launch and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies..Product Owners team Leadership: Lead and scale a high-performing team of Product Owners responsible for translating product strategy into actionable user stories and backlogs, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment with customer needs, and close collaboration with engineering for efficient and high-quality delivery..Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to embed platform capabilities into bids, transitions, and operations..Own go-to-market planning: pricing models, value-based packaging, adoption accelerators..Track business outcomes: revenue uplift per headcount, gross margin improvements, platform utilization metrics..Act as executive evangelist internally and externally: conferences, client pitches, analyst briefings.

Minimum QualificationsStrategic Leadership & Global Market Expertise: .experience in product management with senior leadership role in a global tech company. .Experience in scaling global tech products - Proven ability to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and portfolio growth across multiple regions. .Market & Competitive Intelligence - Strong ability to analyze global trends, customer demands, and competitors to identify differentiation opportunities. .Experience with Multi-Product Portfolio Management - Managing multiple products across different markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Technical & Business Expertise: .Deep Understanding of Microsoft Technologies - Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related ecosystems..Enterprise & B2B SaaS Experience - Experience building and managing enterprise-grade, cloud-based SaaS products. .Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution - Hands-on experience in launching products globally, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. .Data-Driven Decision Making - Strong analytical mindset, experience in defining and tracking KPIs & success metrics to measure product performance and user adoption. .Customer-Centric Mindset - Experience leading user research, customer feedback loops, and product iteration to optimize the customer experience. Team & Stakeholder Leadership: .Building & Leading Global Product Teams - Experience managing and scaling distributed Product Owner and Product Management teams across different regions. .Cross-Functional Leadership - Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams in a fast-paced, global environment. .Strategic Partnership Development - Experience in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with global enterprises, tech providers, and third-party vendors..Strong Communication & Influence - Comfortable working with C-level executives, investors, and global stakeholders, driving alignment on strategic initiatives.
