Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Officer based in Amritsar. The Veterinary Officer will be responsible for overseeing the health and welfare of livestock, particularly poultry. Day-to-day tasks include performing health assessments, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and ensuring compliance with animal health regulations. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize livestock productivity and implementing preventive healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• Veterinary Medicine and Animal Health skills
• Knowledge in Science, Livestock, and Poultry
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Relevant experience in the poultry industry preferred
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree required
